Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Lucknow Super Giants, 58th Match - Live Wicket-to-wicket update
Match 58 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 will see Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) host Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in Hyderabad.
While Lucknow is on a four-match winless streak that includes three losses and no result, for Hyderabad, a lot is at stake as if they lose today, they are likely to get eliminated from the race to playoffs.
Lucknow Super Giants were behind the asking rate when the timeout was taken at the end of 13 overs.
However, something was surely said at the timeout as there was a chnage int he way the LSG batters went about.
The turning point came in the 16th over from Abhishek Sharma - 6, wide, 6, wicket, 6, 6, 6.

Abhishek's clever bowling saw Stoinis reach for the big shot and though he middled, there was no height and Samad takes a sharp catch near long-off.

However, it was a smart catch from the SRH captain who sprinted across, dived with both hands and held on.

18.3 over: Ball was called a no-ball and LSG reviewed it. The 3rd umpire reckons that the batter was slightly crouched and he calls it as a fair delivery.
This came as a shocker and Samad was not impressed and has a chat with the square leg umpire, who looked bemused himself.
Later Klaasen was seen chauntering at the LSG dug-out as he too wasn't happy with the last ball call. Some argy-bargy as the crowd got involved too which got the on-field umpire to run all the way to the dug-out.
Andy Flower was having a chat with the umpire and things started to get ugly.
Did someone throw something at the LSG dug-out? Not sure what exactly happened.
