Saina Play had previously stated that Sthanarthi Sreekuttan would soon be available for streaming. On June 20, the movie will be accessible on the platform starting at 12 am.

Despite not being widely released or making a significant collection at the box office, the film received praise from critics for the kids' performances when it was shown on the big screen. It is anticipated that Sthanarthi Sreekuttan would gain more popularity among family audiences now that it is fully accessible online.

Meanwhile, Aju Varghese plays Chakrapani, the students' class teacher. The lives of four unruly kids of K.R. Narayanan U.P. School are the focus of the movie. In order to outsmart his teacher and competition, a seventh-grader tries to become class leader and leads his fellow students in entertaining plots. The main focus of the movie is the amusing fallout from this. Saiju Kurup, Anand Manmadhan, and Johny Antony play other significant parts in the film.

Sthanarthi Sreekuttan translates to "candidate Sreekuttan" in Malayalam. The protagonist, Sreekuttan, is played by Sreerang Shine. The movie also masterfully depicts the events of a rural school, the friendships among children, and the lighthearted moments.

The supporting cast also includes Anand, Sruthy Suresh, Jibin Gopinath, Ajisha, Kannan Nayar, Santhosh Venjaramood, Ramachandran Nair, Gibin Gopinath, Amal Krishna and Sreenath Babu. The script was written by Vinesh, Kailash S. Bhavan, Anand Manmadhan, and Murali Krishnan. Vinesh Viswanath made his directorial debut with the movie. Nishant K Pillai and Muhammad Rafi M A have bankrolled this film.
