Anirban Bhattacharya, Jim Sarbh and Neena Gupta among others essay key characters in the project with its screenplay written by Sameer Satija, Ashima Chibber and Rahul Handa.

Netflix has bagged the digital rights of the film and its digital premiere is expected to happen after two months. The movie is Rani's second theatrical release in the post pandemic era, after Bunty Aur Babli 2.
