Siddharth, who is making a comeback to Tamil after a short hiatus with Takkar, is excited as the Karthik G Krish directorial is hitting screens on June 9. The movie, an action drama, will be released under the same title in Telugu as well on the same day.

Divyansha Kaushik plays the female lead in it while Yogi Babu and Abhimanyu Singh among others will be seen essaying notable characters in it. Nivas K Prasanna has composed music for the project which has Yogi playing dual roles for the first time in his career.

During one of the promotional activities, Siddharth opened up about Vijay in an interview to a YouTube channel. He was asked about the latter describing him as a cute person on screen, to which the Indian 2 actor said that no one can be as cute as the Leo star.

He then went on to recollect a few memories the duo shared a long time ago. Apparently, Vijay immensely liked Sid's Bommarillu, the 2006 Telugu film which was a smashing hit. Vijay would recollect a couple of scenes from the film and ask Siddharth how he pulled off those sequences. He also added that Vijay always had a special affection towards him and that he is the most genuine and grounded person he has met.

Later, Sid reminisced how he used to listen to some of the songs from Vijay's movies crazily when he was a student. "I used to have a blast listening to songs like Thotta Petta Rottu Mela Mutta Parotta and Oh Pyari Pani Puri. Though he has evolved as a huge star now, he is the same soft person he used to be years before," he said.
