The Son of Sardaar 2 team, including Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur, will grace The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3. The film will hit theatres on July 25.

Kapil Sharma's comedy talk show, The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3, so far has had several celebrities such as Salman Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Jackson Wang, Jaideep Ahlawat, Jitendra Kumar, and others. Now the upcoming episode is all set to welcome Ajay Devgn and his Son of Sardaar 2 team.

Son of Sardaar 2 team on The Great Indian Kapil Show 3 set

On July 19, The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3 will welcome the Son of Sardaar 2 team featuring Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Deepak Dobriyal, Kubbra Sait, Sanjay Mishra, and Vindu Dara Singh. Ahead of the episode premiere, Netflix dropped a promo where Ajay can be seen dropping playful digs.

In the promo, we can see Kapil Sharma asking a fan's question, "Ajay Sir, your Golmaal series is a comedic hit. Dhamaal series is a hit. You do comedy in your films. But why do you act so serious when you are on comedy shows?"

To this, Ajay quirkily replied, "I earn my paycheck from the films I do. When I show up here, you are the one cashing in!" Everyone laughed hearing his answer.

What more can you expect from the episode?

In the episode, we will also see Kapil praising Ajay Devgn for effortlessly pulling off every genre — action, comedy, thrillers, and more — to which Ajay responds, “Main actually Sidhu paaji se seekha hoon… unhone ek rumaal cricket mein daala hai, ek politics mein… aur yaha toh poori chaddar hai!”

Meanwhile, Ravi Kishan brings a moment of pure emotion by sharing a touching anecdote about his wife, “Main roz raat ko uske pair chhoota hoon… I love to, but she never lets me do that, but whenever she is sleeping, I do try to," he shares. And when asked why, his reply touched everyone, “Woh meri dukh ki saathi hai… jab mere paas kuch bhi nahi tha, usne mera saath nahi chhoda. Aaj main jo bhi hoon, woh rahi mere saath. Mera beta bhi saamne hai, he knows the way she managed me, woh pair chune ke layak hai!”

The episode will premiere on July 19 on Netflix at 8 pm.

Meanwhile, Son of Sardaar 2 is set for theatrical release on 25 July 2025. The film centers on Jassi Singh Randhawa returning to Scotland to get his estranged wife back, but he becomes embroiled in a hostage crisis and mafia war, resulting in a chaotic and humorous situation.
