The Raja Saab is Prabhas’ latest film and is all set to hit the screens on January 9, 2025. There is massive hype around this film, which has been directed by Maruthi on a grand scale with a budget of close to Rs 400 crore.

The Raja Saab wraps up its censor

As the film is nearing its release, the makers have locked the runtime and completed censorship earlier today. As per the update, The Raja Saab has received a U/A certificate from the censors and has locked a lengthy runtime of three hours and three minutes.

This runtime is quite long for a horror comedy, but the makers say that the film’s content is such that the audience will not feel the length. Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani play key roles in this film, which has been in the making for the last two years.

The Raja Saab OTT platform details

Already postponed twice, The Raja Saab was in the news as the makers took the longest time to lock the film’s OTT platform. We have already revealed that JioHotstar has bagged the digital rights to the film for a fancy price, and once the film lands on OTT, you can stream The Raja Saab on OTTplay Premium as well.

The film is quite special as the heroine, Malavika Mohanan, is making her Telugu debut with this project. Nidhhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar also play key roles in the film and will provide a full glamour treat, as per the makers. To date, two songs from the film have been released and have received a decent response.

Prabhas is a massive star and wanted to come out of his action image, which is the reason he opted for a horror comedy in the form of The Raja Saab.
