"Bahut trauma diya hai iss show ne," Purav Jha told The Quest Talk podcast. He then admitted that the contestants had to meet psychologists at least 2-3 times before entering the show. "Hume psychologists ke saath 2-3 meetings hoti thi, jahan woh hume observe kaere the. Hum kis situation mein kaise react karte hai, hum mentally ready hai ya nahi," he shared.

How The Traitors tested every contestant's mental strength

Purav Jha then explained that speaking a lot would automatically mean that the person is a traitor. He explained how only shadows would assist the contestants from time to time. "Raat ko agar gate kholne ki koshish kare toh alarm baj jaata tha. Aap apne room se bahaar nahi jaa sakte the," he shared, explaining one of the many restrictions placed upon the contestants.
