Ever since the announcement of Tu Yaa Main, Bejoy Nambiar has caught the internet’s attention about his upcoming film with Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav. Now, even though the teaser of this movie is out there still isn’t enough clarity about Tu Yaa Main except that it is an unusual love story that takes a dangerous turn.

Shanaya Kapoor-Adarsh Gourav’s association for a collab leads them to a dangerous path?

After the announcement, the teaser also speaks about how the collab between Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav’s character turns deadly. “Tujhe collab chahiye na? Be creative,” is what she is heard stating. The teaser clears that the two differ in class. While she at least pretends to be from a high-class society, he is a proud guy from one of Mumbai’s slums, Nallasopara. Having nothing to lose, he goes crazy with experiments. This includes ‘yedapanti’ involving an autorickshaw, bhidu.

The teaser hints at their characters being so chilled that they can share a jacuzzi bath and go on late night bike rides without having any tags attached (or so they make it seem in the teaser). She has completely adapted to his lifestyle – right from dancing on Lavani to riding in Mumbai local, she does it all. This is till reality hits, and they are once again faced with a deadly crocodile. The mystery behind the mystical creature still continues.

When and where is Tu Yaa Main releasing?

The Bejoy Nambiar-directorial Tu Yaa Main is produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma under the banner of Colour Yellow, along with Vinod Bhanushali and Kamlesh Bhanushali of Bhanushali Studios Limited. The film is releasing in theatres on Friday, February 13, 2026. It will begin streaming on Netflix post its theatrical run.
