The latest update is that Prakash Raj will be seen as a Maha Shiva Bhakt in this action-adventure thriller, and his role has a key twist to the entire story as the character of Mahesh Babu goes on an adventurous ride, which is initiated by his father. Initially, Rajat Kapoor was roped in for the role, but he was later replaced by Prakash Raj.

Sources close to the unit have revealed that Prakash Raj has already completed important schedules and is playing Mahesh Babu’s father in the film. This aspect was reported earlier by OTT Play Premium, and now the news has been officially confirmed.

This is not the first time Prakash Raj and Mahesh Babu have worked together. They have shared screen space in several films as hero and villain. Interestingly, this marks Prakash Raj’s first collaboration with Rajamouli, and he is said to be quite excited about his role. In a recent interview with Hollywood media, Rajamouli revealed that the entire shoot will be wrapped up in the next four to five months, followed by nearly a year of post-production.
