Anjali, the main character, is worried about her intrusive fiancé, who questions her all the time. She is also anxious because of her obnoxious lover, Shuhaib, and her anxious parents. Meanwhile, the unexpected death of her grandmother, Savithri Amma, has left her life and her family in desolate condition. When prejudices, the community, and family members take centre stage, the frenzy surrounding the grandmother's burial becomes the primary story point of the film. Siju Sunny, Joemon Jyothir, Anaswara Rajan, and Azeez Nedumangad all play important parts in the movie.

The screenplay was written by filmmaker S Vipin, who made his debut as a director with this comic drama. The film's soundtrack and background score were created by Ankit Menon. Vyasanasametham Bandhumithradhikal has been funded by Vipin Das and Sahu Garapati.
