Surya and Kohli’s record is in danger

Virat Kohli, who was the first Indian batter to achieve 900+ points in ICC T20I rankings, could only achieve a career-high of 909 points.

Meantime, Suryakumar Yadav, India’s current T20I captain and a former ICC No.1 T20I batter himself, had achieved a career-high 912 points during his reign at the top. Suryakumar still holds the record for the highest points achieved by an India in ICC T20I rankings so far.

Now, with Abhishek Sharma becoming only the third Indian batter to reach 900+ points on ICC rankings, the Punjab batter surely can beat Kohli and Surya’s record to become the Indian with the highest T20I career points.
