"Pilates has played a huge role in my fitness journey. My background in clinical nutrition and public health makes me view wellness as much more than just workouts or diets,” Sara told NTDV.
“It's about balance - the kind that lets you care for your health while still enjoying the little things you love. That's what inspired me to bring both together, so people can build strength and live more mindfully in a way that feels natural for them," Sara added.

Although there were rumours that Sara Tendulkar might make her debut in the Hindi film industry very soon, the Tendulkar daughter has cleared all the confusion. Not Bollywood, but she is ‘a skin and science girl’.
“I never considered sports as a career. Instead, I was always curious about human physiology. So, after a bachelor’s in biomedical science and a master’s in clinical nutrition and public health at University College London, I eventually found my calling back home,” Sara told Vogue.
“Acting is not something I’m interested in. I’m an introvert and cameras scare me. I’ve turned down all movie inquiries because I don’t think I would do justice to the job. It would just give me more anxiety than it would give me satisfaction,” she added.
During her University days in London, Sara gave Pilates a try, and since then, she has loved it. She feels Pilates has the strength to give everyone a different outlook on fitness.
Moreover, along with fitness, she feels nutrition is something that is very important to her. That is why she is looking forward to "building a community and working on the café and smoothie bar - KYNDA.”
KYNDA will be a section of the studio where people will be served with smoothies, designed by Sara herself.
Seeing her daughter making her own way into the fitness and wellness industry, Sachin could not hold himself back from praising and congratulating Sara.
“As a parent, you always hope your children find something they truly love doing. Watching Sara open a Pilates studio has been one of those moments that fills our hearts,” Sachin posted on X.
“She has built this journey with her own hard work and belief, brick by brick.”
“Nutrition and movement have always been important in our lives, and to see her carry that thought forward, in her own voice, is truly special.”
“Sara, we couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations on this journey you are about to commence.”
