Naveen-ul-Haq had taken 4 wickets off 38 balls in his 4 overs, but while coming to bat, he had a huge mix-up with Deepak Hooda and got the all-rounder out for 15.

He himself, remained not out for 1 off 5 balls, but it did not make much difference as the top order batters had failed to perform.

Soon after the game ended, internet users mocked bowler Naveen-ul-Haq on social media, using the term "sweet mangoes" which he had against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batter Virat Kohli.

The Mumbai Indians have moved to Friday's qualifier two in Ahmedabad with this victory. They need to defeat Gujarat Titans (GT) on Friday to guarantee their place in the IPL 2023 championship game.
