The actor enthrals viewers with his versatility, whether it's voicing the ambitious snail Turbo in Dreamworks' fast-paced narrative or playing the inventive caveman Guy in The Croods trilogy. Reynolds consistently demonstrates that he is more than simply a Hollywood hottie, whether it's bringing the electric detective Pikachu to life or shocking audiences with unexpected CGI appearances in Marvel films.

Come join us as we explore the fantastical realms voiced by Reynolds, where viewers of all ages can expect to feel joy, excitement, and even emotion.

Meanwhile, in terms of IF, John Krasinski oversaw the production, writing, and directing of the live-action/animated fantasy comedy. Cast members include Reynolds, Krasinski, Cailey Fleming, Alan Kim, Fiona Shaw, and Liza Colón-Zayas; voice actors include Steve Carell, Louis Gossett Jr., and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

A young girl and her next-door neighbour find out they have imaginary companions in this film. In the midst of a difficult time in her life, a little girl named Bea (Cailey Fleming) develops the extraordinary ability to see the abandoned imaginary friends (or "IFs") of the children they once helped. The next thing Bea knows, her neighbour Cal (Ryan Reynolds) possesses the same talent. They get together in an effort to find the children of the IFs and bring them back together.

The Croods - Netflix

Reynolds portrays Guy in The Croods, a character who embodies creativity, bravery, eccentricity, charm, and survivalism. In this case, Reynolds adds intelligence to the silver screen. Guy, a skilled craftsman, can quickly construct an umbrella from a leaf and a live pet sloth belt. The ancient young adult's fashion sense is as keen as his intellect. Although he lacks the muscles of a true cave hercules, Guy is sufficiently manly to wear a seashell necklace. Guy, a true pioneer, puts on jeans and manages to create a "selfie" using what's available to him. Also, when the Croods find coral that is too rough to walk on, the fast thinker builds shoes for them and shows them fire.

Turbo - Netflix, JioCinema, Prime Video (on rent)

In just four words, Turbo embodies little shells and enormous dreams. Theo, a garden snail, may be little, but he has all the ambition and competitive spirit of a NASCAR driver. Reynolds, who voices the ambitious Mollusk in this Dreamworks picture, encourages the audience to follow their passions and never give up on their aspirations. Theo transforms into the little snail that might, thanks to his determination, perseverance, practice, and positive outlook. Spoiler alert: The film ends with Theo winning the Indianapolis 500 and transforming his rivals into escargots as his little body crosses the finish line.

Deadpool 2 - Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video (on rent)

Ryan Reynolds provided the voice of Juggernaut in the Marvel film, surprising both audiences and members of the Deadpool 2 cast.

Pokémon Detective Pikachu - JioCinema, Prime Video (on rent)

The long-awaited reveal of Pikachu's inner thoughts has finally arrived for Pokémon enthusiasts. When they first peer into the red and white Pokéball, many are surprised to see that Ryan Reynolds is the one who holds the key to the small yellow guy's "Pika, Pika." Reynolds' Pikachu in Detective Pikachu is remarkably similar to Sherlock Holmes (imagine that, though—if Holmes were a large, overweight, caffeine-addicted mouse who could talk at a moment's notice and swat people with thunderbolts).

The Croods: A New Age - JioCinema, Prime Video (on rent), ZEE5 (on rent; OTTplay Premium)

The Croods, having faced threats from fanged ancient animals and the impending end of the world, now face their greatest struggle to date: finding a new family. A new home is necessary for the Croods. Consequently, the earliest known human family embarks on a global quest to find a more secure spot to settle down. Just when they thought their troubles were finally over, they found a picture-perfect, walled-in paradise that caters to all their desires. The Bettermans are another family that already resides there. A rung or two up the evolutionary ladder from the Croods are the Bettermans (with an emphasis on the "better"). They have an ornate tree house, incredible inventions, and acres of irrigated vegetables. It doesn't take long for the contemporary family's tensions to rise after accepting the Croods as the first houseguests of the modern world. When a new threat emerges, just when everything seems to be falling apart, both families must embrace their differences, draw strength from one another, and forge a future together. Ryan Reynolds portrays Guy, a caveman who resides with the Croods and serves as Eep's partner. He has a highly developed modern worldview.

Family Guy - Disney+ Hotstar

Embracing a form-fitting garment, an animated As Peter Griffin's neighbour, Reynolds makes multiple appearances in the Family Guy series. In a memorable instance, Reynolds makes the father of three feel awkward by playfully hitting on Peter. During what is ostensibly a platonic dinner date, Reynolds erotically feeds Peter, tickles him, and encourages him to touch him. Reynolds also repeatedly appears shirtless in front of Peter. Peter accuses Reynolds of wanting to be his boyfriend, and the muscular cartoon character says indignantly that he is attracted to him in the way that a man is attracted to a woman, but he's not gay. Ryan Reynolds' comedic skills are on display in his guest appearance, where he plays the punchline. As long as it makes people laugh, Reynolds has no problem with his cartoon character hinting at sexually suggestive scenes with people like Peter Griffin.
