The documentary, directed by Renan Ozturk and Taylor Rees, follows world-class climber Alex Honnold and a team led by National Geographic explorer and climber Mark Synnott on their journey. They try their first-ascent trek up a 1000-foot steep wall to the top of a tepui, a secluded island deep in the Amazon jungle. They set out with the goal of taking Bruce Means, a well-known scientist and National Geographic Explorer, to the summit of a massive "sky island." As they make their way down the cliff, they search for undiscovered species.
