Rama And Rishi Jadhav, a middle-aged couple residing on the outskirts of a village, are ostracised by the villagers because they suffer from AIDS. No one visits them or invites them anywhere. They live a secluded life until they come across a lost dumb girl. Rama's heart goes out to her. The couple takes her home and decides to care for her until someone comes looking for her. But when her parents, frantically searching for their daughter, finally discover her whereabouts, they blame Rishi for abducting and ill-treating her and then beat him up. While the elders mistreat and misunderstand Rama and Rishi, the little girl connects deeply with Rama after spending merely a few days with her. The girl unwittingly becomes the reason Rama and Rishi later get accepted in the society.
