Director M.S. Raju comes up with a romantic love story, which involves the male protagonist falling in love with Nandini when she saves him from a near-death incident. Vinay as Abhiram and Meera as Nandini play the lead in this Telugu film, which emerged in the year 2008, under the genre of drama and romance. The rest of the movie follows Abhiram, who learns Nandini as the daughter of a family friend, and circumstances lead him in a hurdle, where either he hurts Nandini's parents by eloping with her or leaves the love of his life. This Telugu film was the remake of Kannada blockbuster Mungaru Male, and the Tamil dubbed film released as Gnabagangal Thalattum.
