Venky

Directed by Srinu Vaitla, Venky is a 2004 Telugu language comedy drama starring Sneha, Ravi Teja & Ashutosh Rana. Venkateshwarlu along with his friends, is serendipitously shortlisted for police training, so he decides to go for it. He and his friends board a train from Vizag to Hyderabad. He falls in love with Sravani in the same train. Motivated by his friends, he confesses to Sravani about his feelings. Sravani, right off the bat, denies and ignores him for the rest of the time. Venkateshwarlu and his friends scare Sravani's father and a co-passenger lady, just for fun but the situation turns on him when those two are dead next morning. Who killed them is a mystery.
