It looks like veteran actor, director and producer T Rajendher has successfully completed his medical treatment in the US and is all set to return to India tomorrow. Pictures of the actor with his younger son Kuralarasan and friends have been doing the rounds on the internet. TR, who is on the path to recovery, seems to have taken some time out to explore the US as well, along with his wife and son, going by the pictures. His elder son Silambarasan had been with the actor and had recently returned to India to resume shoot for his long-delayed film Pathu Thala.

In fact, Silambarasan had gone to the US even before his father to make the arrangements for the treatment. The actor had earlier shared a press statement that revealed that T Rajendhar had complained of chest pain and was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai. Doctors had detected bleeding in his stomach and had advised the family to undergo advanced treament. Silambarasan had then stated that he was confident that his father would bounce back from the illness and had thanked each and everyone for their well wishes and prayers for his father's speedy recovery.

When T Rajendhar was admitted in the hospital in the US, he was visited by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin. He had enquired about TR's health condition and had wished him a speedy recovery. On the day before leaving to the US, Kamal Haasan had paid a visit to the ailing actor. In the meantime, Silambarasan's Pathu Thala director Obeli Krishna, too had wished the actor, on his social media page, He wrote, "Most courageous man #TRajendar sir .. he is super positive man .. our prayers for his speedy recovery brother @SilambarasanTR_ (sic)." Now that the actor is all set to return to India, his fans and well wishes are relieved and excited at the same time.
