The mystery thriller film also features Emraan Hashmi in a pivotal role

The highly-anticipated film Chehre has again become the talk of the town. Amitabh Bachchan is back on the set to shoot the title track for the psychological thriller film. Ever since the film’s first look has been revealed, fans have been going gaga to see Big B and Emraan Hashmi together. The makers of the film have also released the teaser as well as the trailer of the film, a few months ago.
Post COVID-19 restrictions loosening up a bit, the cast and crew of the film are back on the set to fully complete the film with an entertainment number. The final track will be voiced by Amitabh Bachchan. The veteran actor will be seen reciting Rumy Jafry's poem in the much-awaited track, while Shekhar Ravjiani will put a tune to it with 107 musicians of Prague and it will be directed by the Big Bull fame director Kookie Gulati.
Talking about the film, filmmaker Anand Pandit said that it is extremely special to the whole cast and crew and has poured their hearts into it. He further mentioned that the movie is exciting and the makers have been waiting for over a year to bring it to the big screen for the audience to enjoy it.
“We want to make sure that the experience has everything and that is why this title track video is so important. I am glad that we can shoot with Bachchan Ji again for it. We have maintained all safety protocols and are working on making this a memorable shooting experience for all.” he said about the anticipated track.
Directed by Rumy Jafry, Chehre is a mystery thriller that will mark the collaboration of Big B and Emraan for the first time. The veteran star will be playing the character of a lawyer in the movie, while the Jannat actor will appear as a business tycoon. The two will be seen playing a game of façade to uncover the truth.
The film also features Annu Kapoor, Dhritiman Chatterjee, Raghubir Yadav, Siddhanth Kapoor with Krystle D’Souza and Rhea Chakraborty. The makers are gearing up to drop the film in theatres soon, however, the release date is yet to be announced.
