Mukul S. Anand directed Hum, the 1991 action-crime film starring Amitabh Bachchan in the leading role. The film also stars Danny Denzongpa and Anupam Kher as main antagonists, along with Kader Khan, Rajinikanth, Govinda, Kimi Katkar, Deepa Sahi, and Shilpa Shirodkar in supporting roles.

In Hum, after witnessing Bakhtawar (Danny Denzongpa) kill his father, Tiger (Amitabh Bachchan) becomes furious and threatens to kill him. Inspector Giridhar (Anupam Kher) intervenes, stopping him. After that, Giridhar murders Bakhtawar's relatives and then holds Tiger responsible. After he and his brothers succeed in overthrowing a brutal gangster's dictatorship, the dockworker must flee for their lives. When an old adversary returns fifteen years later, his past resurfaces.

Rajinikanth plays Bachchan's younger brother, Kumar, a police inspector.

Andha Kaanoon - ZEE5

Rajinikanth, Hema Malini, and Reena Roy were the main stars of the 1983 action flick Andhaa Kaanoon, directed by T. Rama Rao. The supporting cast included Prem Chopra, Danny Denzongpa, Pran, Madan Puri, and Amrish Puri. The film features extended special appearances by Amitabh Bachchan and Madhavi, along with Dharmendra in a cameo role. Andha Kaanoon is a remake of the 1981 Tamil film Sattam Oru Iruttarai. This critically acclaimed film was Rajinikanth's breakout role in Bollywood.

In Andhaa Kaanoon, three bad guys kill off Vijay's (Rajinikanth) relatives. The film's major theme is the failure of our justice system to adequately penalise offenders. Durga Devi (Hema Malini), Vijay's sister, decides to join the police in order to punish criminals, in contrast to her brother's desire to murder them. Big B portrays Jaan Nisar Khan in the film, confronting a calamity when his wife, Madhavi, succumbs to murder. However, he stands accused of the crime himself.

Geraftaar - YouTube

S. Ramanathan produced the 1985 action-drama film Geraftaar, which Prayag Raaj directed. The main actors were Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Poonam Dhillon, and Madhavi. Rajinikanth makes a brief appearance as Inspector Hussain, a friend of Amitabh Bachchan's character, Inspector Karan Kumar Khanna. The film was a smash hit due to its success in foreign markets, and it went on to become the third highest-grossing film of 1985.

From humble beginnings, actor Kishan Kumar Khanna (Kamal Haasan) is forthright and humble. His widowed mother Durga (Nirupa Roy) resides with him. But he meets the rich Anuradha Saxena (Poonam Dhillon), falls in love with her, and they get married with Durga's blessing. However, the criminal brother Ranjit Saxena (Ranjeet) of Anuradha strongly disapproves of this type of conduct and frames Kishan for the murder of a young woman named Lucy (Rabia Amin), leading to Kishan's execution. Karan (Amitabh Bachchan), an amiable convict who is facing charges for the murder of Vijay Sinha (Sharat Saxena), the son of the police commissioner, meets with Kishan while he is in custody. Karan aids Kishan in evading capture, only to learn that he is actually Karan's older brother. Worse, Ranjit has abducted their mother, and the law will not allow Karan to escape punishment.
