Manu Anand's FIR, starring Vishnu Vishal in the lead, is ready for a theatrical release on February 11. Reba Monica John, Raiza Wilzon and Manjima Mohan play lead roles in the film which has music by Ashwath. The team has now released a song, titled Anthem Of Harmony.
The three minute video begins with Albert Einstein's popular quote 'All religions, arts and sciences are branches of the same tree'. It stresses on the need to leave together in peace irrespective of the differences people have with others in our society, and emphasizes on the popular saying 'humanity is greater than religion'.
Naresh Iyer has lent voice for the emotional song which has lyrics penned by Mashook Rahman. The video has several montage shots of religious harmony and inspiring incidents which happened in the country in the recent times. GV Prakash Kumar and Seenu Ramasamy unveiled the song from their respective social media handles.
FIR has been bankrolled by Vishnu under his home banner Vishal Studioz. Filmmakers Gautham Menon and Gaurav Narayanan also play important characters in the movie which deals with terrorism and romance. The film's plot is said to revolve around a most wanted person who is on the run.
The movie's teaser was released two years ago and its first single was unveiled a few months ago. FIR is expected to have its OTT premiere on Amazon Prime Video post its theatrical release. Vishnu Vishal's last outing was the trilingual flick Kaadan (streaming on Zee5).
Meanwhile, Devi Sri Prasad will unveil the Telugu version of the Payanam song from FIR later in the evening today. Tollywood star Ravi Teja is presenting the movie's Telugu version in theatres under the same title.
