Anupamaa: Vanraj is overjoyed as Kinjal and Pari return

Anupama and Anuj go to the Shahs to make arrangements for Pakhi and Adhik’s wedding. Kavya says that they ought to do mehendi and sangeet as well, to which Anupama agrees. Vanraj looks on in sadness.

At the Kapadia house, Barkha introduces Pakhi as Anupama’s daughter. Not to be outdone, Pakhi corrects her sister-in-law and adds that the former is Adhik’s wife as well.

Anuj suggests that all the rituals take place at one spot. The family decides to conduct half of the rituals at the Shah house and the rest at the Kapadia house. Vanraj gives Anupama and Anuj the money he had saved for Pakhi’s higher education and wedding, saying his responsibilities were done with that. He asks Vanraj to fulfill the rest of the duties that the bride’s father should do.

Barkha loses her temper with Pakhi and calls her a gold digger. A frustrated Pakhi reveals everything about Barkha’s business being ruined and how they are living at Anuj’s mercy.

Barkha is furious and explodes on Anupama and Anuj. Pakhi tells them what happened in front of Barkha’s friends. Anupama scolds Pakhi and asks her to respect Barkha. Anupama sternly asks Pakhi to hold her tongue from now on. Anuj asks everyone to apologise and make up, and Pakhi storms off.

Baa refuses to give Pakhi any jewellery. As the family try to reason with her and talk about how much they have to do, Kinjal arrives with Pari, and everyone is overjoyed, especially Vanraj.

Adhik makes Pakhi coffee, and Anupama is pleasantly surprised. She advices her son in law to take care of Pakhi and reason with her. Adhik tries to calm Pakhi down and asks her to try and be in a good mood. Barkha watches the two in frustration and tries to plan what to do about it.
