Various photos and videos of Anushka arriving for the India vs Pakistan match held on October 14 had been going viral. The latest is her from the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The actress was seen in a fun mood during the match. While everyone around her appeared serious, she waved and her eyes lit up as she got papped.

In the viral picture, Anushka is seen in a loose white dress. She looks at the person clicking her photo and has a huge smile on her face. She almost jumps out to wave a hi. With minimal make-up and hair tied in a bun, she looked cute as a munchkin.

India won the much-awaited match between India and Pakistan. When Anushka had left to watch the match, many believed that her presence alone would lead India to losing. However, the exact opposite happened. India won by seven wickets and Jasprit Bumrah was named Player of the Match.

Anushka on the work front

Anushka will be playing the role of the female cricket Jhulan Goswami in her upcoming film. Titled Chakda Xpress, it is about the life of Jhulan beyond cricket. Directed by Prosit Roy, the movie is scheduled to be a direct-to-OTT release on Netflix. The release date for the film is not yet fixed.

Anushka has not announced her next after Chakda Xpress. She has been actively involved in producing films and web series. There are rumours that after Chakda Xpress, the actress might take a break from acting but she has not spoken about it either.
