Bholaa Shankar: This is when Chiranjeevi will kickstart the latest schedule

Megastar Chiranjeevi has time and again revealed that he does not want to do serious cinema anymore. In that process, he is working on commercial films for the last two years or so. His latest film, Waltair Veerayya opened to solid occupancy in the Telugu states a couple of days back.

Now that Waltair Veerayya is done and dusted, the megastar will move on to his next film Bholaa Shankar which is being directed by Meher Ramesh. The shoot of this family drama is halfway through and we have come to know from our sources that the new schedule will kick start on the 17th of this month in Hyderabad.

The shoot will begin in a specially erected set in Ramoji Film City. Star heroine, Keerthy Suresh will be seen as Chiranjeevi's sister in this film which is the remake of the Tamil hit Vedhalam starring Ajith. Initially, noted heroine, Sai Pallavi was approached for Chiranjeevi's sister role but she rejected it due to creative differences.

Music director Mani Sharma's son Mahati Swara Sagar is the music composer for this film. Tamannah will be seen romancing Chiru in this family drama. This is the second time that Tamannah will be romancing Chiranjeevi after her small role in Sye Raa. More details about this project will be out soon.
