Bigg Boss 16: Shiv Thakare saw Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary, not MC Stan in top 2

MC Stan might have picked up the Bigg Boss 16 trophy but Shiv Thakare gave him tough competition. They two, obviously, in top two at the grand finale with Salman Khan. However, Shiv saw Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary and not Stan in top two.

Shiv, the runner up of Bigg Boss 16, joined Krushna Abhishek for Bigg Boss 16’s spin-off show, Bigg Buzz. That is where he spoke about Priyanka and Stan.

“Priyanka put her point across very clearly which is a very good quality of her as a player. I thought the two of us would be in top 2. She was my favourite competitor in the house,” Shiv said on the show.

While he saw himself competing with Priyanka, Shiv also had some special things to speak about Stan. He called Stan a true man who wasn’t on Salman’s show for the trophy. Shiv and Priyanka, on the other hand, were clear that they were on the show to win it.

Shiv had won Bigg Boss Marathi season 2. He applied the same strategy on Bigg Boss 16 but according to him, people did not want to see someone who played the game, win.

A little disheartened because he couldn’t pick up the trophy, Shiv said that he feels accomplished as the first runner-up nonetheless. Shiv and Stan were great friends on the show. They were a part of the mandali, who called one another part of the family inside the house.

Shiv was often accused of trying to make an issue out of anything. The contestant confessed to doing that on Bigg Buzz but only because he had to play the game. “I agree I made a mudda out of every word that the contestants said if it benefited me but that’s what the show is all about,” Shiv signed off.
