Bigg Boss 17: Archana Gautam strongly opposes Isha Malviya getting to decide Aishwarya Sharma’s eviction

Aishwarya Sharma is evicted from the Bigg Boss 17 house. This happened after the captain of the house Isha Malviya decided that the contestant is who should be out of Salman Khan’s show. Archana Gautam, who was a part of Bigg Boss during season 16, has strongly opposed the entire situation. She believes that Isha getting to decide who will be evicted is wrong altogether.

Archana’s tweet

Archana opposed the decision through her tweet. She wrote, “Bigg boss ki sabse galt baat Yhi Lagti hai ki gharwalo ya captain per decision chhod dete hai, yeh bhut galt hai voting per hi hona chahiye, kyuki yeh Isha koi nhi hoti hai @AishSharma812 ko nikalne wali. Galt hai #AishwaryaSharma.”

Back to Archana’s eviction from Bigg Boss 16

Archana had faced something similar on Bigg Boss 16. Although the situation was different, the decision to evict her was left to a contestant. On Bigg Boss 16, Shiv Thakare tried to irk Archana by naming Priyanka ‘didi’. It is interesting to note that Archana was close to a contestant named Priyanka Chahar Choudhary (of Udaariyaan fame) inside the house and she was associated with Congress party’s Priyanka Gandhi. Archana often addressed the latter as didi and it was assumed that Shiv meant it that way. Archana got violent and grabbed Shiv’s neck. After the incident, Bigg Boss asked Shiv if Archana should stay on the show or leave. Shiv decided that Archana should be out. Thus, Archana was out of the show the first time. The exit was however cancelled out because the contract of the show clearly states that there can be no talks about a political entity on the show. That is when Archana came back and stayed till the time when she came in top five at the grand finale.

Aishwarya Sharma’s eviction

There was a lot of back-and-forth when it came to Isha Malviya picking who broke most rules among Aishwarya Sharma, Ankita Lokhande or Anurag Dobhal. It was previously believed that she named Anurag but Isha almost made it clear when she said that she would rather evict someone who she does not get along with. Isha and Ankita have bonded on the show fairly well and thus, she was not even under consideration. After Aishwarya’s eviction, Neil Bhatt, as expected, got furious and called it the worst decision in the history of the show. Rinku Dhawan also called it unfair. Mannara Chopra also tried to argue with Isha Malviya, while Anurag Dobhal stood right next to them smiling. Thus, it is clear that Aishwarya is out of the house purely because Isha feels that she was nowhere her competition.
