A few days ago, everyone was eagerly waiting for the first day of January to celebrate the New Year 2024. This time round, everyone is eagerly waiting for January 28, 2024, for this is the day when the grand finale of Bigg Boss 17 will be held. Talking about the show’s grand finale, after having started off with 21 contestants (excluding the wild card entries), the show is left with the top ten contestants. As per the buzz, the latest contestant to be evicted is Samarth Jurel.

The news of Samarth Jurel’s eviction comes after a tweet by the ever-reliable The Khabri on social media. Talking of Samarth Jurel, he definitely had a memorable time in the Bigg Boss 17 house. Just as when things were heating up between Isha Malviya and her ex-boyfriend Abhishek Kumar, the makers of the show added more spice in the form of Samarth Jurel, who happens to be Isha’s present boyfriend.

And when Samarth Jurel entered the Bigg Boss house, the one person to be shell shocked was Isha Malviya, who just could not believe that Samarth Jurel was in the house. Right from the time Samarth Jurel entered the Bigg Boss 17 house, there were only fireworks between him and Isha on one side whereas Abhishek Kumar on the other!

There came a time when Samarth Jurel and Isha Malviya started not just poking, but also provoking Abhishek Kumar after his confession of him having claustrophobia. The result of Samarth Jurel’s poking Abhishek Kumar was that the latter landed up slapping the former. This also resulted in sudden and untimely eviction of Abhishek Kumar (on the grounds of physical violence), but was brought back by the makers after a couple of days.

As a part of the ‘Family Week’ where the relatives were allowed to meet the contestants, it was Samarth Jurel’s father who had gone to meet him. When asked about his take on Samarth Jurel slapping Abhishek Kumar, his father (in an interview to Indian Express) said that since Abhishek was more worked up, his hand touched Samarth. He also added that it was okay.

Samarth Jurel, on his part, always came across as a perfect package of good looks and talent. While inside the house, he was seen entertaining everyone with his ‘trademark’ dance. How can anyone forget his ‘rendition’ of a horse with his mouth, besides the near-perfect mimicry of actors, including the legendary Dharmendra… and that too in front of him, which the actor appreciated also!
