BTS' V and NewJeans' CEO Min Hee-jin create buzz with upcoming collab, ARMY excited for solo debut album

BTS' devoted fanbase, ARMY, is abuzz with excitement as they anticipate the upcoming solo debut album of vocalist Kim Taehyung, popularly known as V. Adding to the anticipation, Vogue Korea recently made a significant revelation on Tuesday, August 1 stating a special collaboration between BTS' V and ADOR's CEO and accomplished producer, Min Hee-jin, for his forthcoming solo album.

Min Hee-jin has maintained her status as a highly-discussed figure in the industry for several years, earning recognition for her exceptional work with renowned K-pop girl groups such as Girls Generation and NewJeans. 

It was revealed that V himself initiated the collaboration, inviting Min Hee-jin to take on the role of overseeing the comprehensive production of his upcoming solo album.

Around the previous year, it was confirmed that ADOR's CEO would play a pivotal role in supervising various aspects of the upcoming solo debut album of BTS' V. 

This encompassed overseeing music production, design, choreography, and promotional activities, highlighting the dedication and collaborative spirit behind this highly anticipated release.

To Vogue Korea, Min Hee-jin revealed when she first received the offer from V and stated that she was both nervous and hesitant.

"I received an offer at the end of last year. I hesitated at first due to the schedule, but I was intrigued by V’s attitude and passion as well as his voice tone, which I wasn’t familiar with. This time, I want (the audience) to focus on the music." (Via Vogue Korea)

Soon after the news broke, fans went crazy following the announcement. ARMY started trending 'KTH 1 is coming' to even saying it will be album of the year.
