Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava has become a rage in theatres with the movie minting over Rs. 600 crore already. However, very few know that Chhaava was shot during Ramzan last year. Co-incidentally, it is already the month of ramadan now, and the film is running in theatres successfully still. A video of Vicky appreciating the dedication of the stuntmen associated with the film has been going viral. In that, the actor is seen praising the crew members. Co-incidentally, Vicky himself is the son of a renowed Bollywood stuntman, Shyam Kaushal. Here's what Vicky said, that caught people's attention...
A making video from Chhaava is going viral. In this clip, Vicky shared, "It was incredibly hot, yet some stuntmen chose to fast during the action scenes. We trained for months before filming. In Vai, we shot with 2,000 people, including 500 stuntmen under the sun."
Vicky Kaushal's film has now earned over Rs. 600 crore at the Box Office. The movie remains unmatched in terms of Box Office numbers. All other films that have released around the same time, including Sohum Shah's Crazxy and Reema Kagti's Superboys of Malegaon, are unable to perform as well, or even close to good. They have been earning around Rs. 1 crore per day, thus proving to be Box Office disasters.
Vicky Kaushal is the son of renowed stuntman Sham Kaushal. He is known to have collaborated on various Sanjay Leela Bhansali films. Sham Kaushal took care of the action sequences in the movies. Both his sons Vicky as well as Sunny Kaushal, on the other hand, chose to be actors in Bollywood. While Vicky gained instant fame with his role in Masaan, Sunny is paving his own path but is yet to gain popularity like his brother. Vicky is also married to popular Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif and despite their cultural differences, the two keep setting couple goals by accepting each other and just being comfortable around one another, keeping respect for one another's culture top priority.
After Chhaava, Vicky will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love And War. The actor is currently working on the movie along with another Bollywood's IT couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The movie's release date is still uncertain at this point.
