Crakk actor Arjun Rampal talks about working on lesser projects, says ‘I have a life’

Arjun Rampal, last seen in Vidyut Jammwal’s Crakk as the antagonist, has opened up about doing lesser films over the years. The actor said that he has a life. He also spoke in depth about staying away from the world of glamour from time-to-time during an interview with Hindustan Times. Before Crakk, Arjun’s last Bollywood movie was Kangana Ranaut-starring Dhaakad, which released in 2022.

Arjun’s statement on staying away from films

Arjun said that his kids and family are his priority and he likes living away where people don’t treat him like a celebrity. Arjun is a father of four children – Mahikaa and Myra from his ex-wife Mehr Jesia and Arik and another baby boy with his live-in partner Gabriella Demetriades. “I have a life beyond films,” he said, adding that he wants to maintain the intrigue around him and overexposure is not something that he’s fond of.

Believes in leading a simple live

In the same interview, Arjun said that he likes leading a simple life and connect with regular people. The actor recalled a neighbour sharing food with him. Recently, the neighbour reached Arjun’s house, addressed him as bhai and gave him a cuisine made of fish, which Arjun and his family ate for lunch.

The personal touch

Arjun further said that he handles his own social media accounts. He jokes that his social media game is bad because he handles his own account.

Arjun in Crakk – Jeetegaa Toh Jiyegaa

Arjun Rampal was seen as the antagonist in Crakk. Vidyut played the protagonist in the movie. Nora Fatehi and Amy Jackson were seen as the female leads. They played a social media influencer and an officer respectively. After the film released in theatres, netizens could not stop drooling over Arjun, who is among the actors ageing like fine wine.
