CS Amudhan grieves Milan's demise, says 'cinema a stressful and draining business'

The news of art director Milan's demise has made the entire film industry sit up and take notice. The popular technician passed away after a heart attack in Azerbaijan earlier this morning. He was working on Magizh Thirumeni's Azerbaijan, which has Ajith and Trisha in the lead.

CS Amudhan says 'cinema is a stressful and draining business'
Milan's friend, director CS Amudhan who was shocked by the news, said that he had lost another friend, way too soon. He also called cinema stressful business and it was time to take care of themselves. He wrote on his social media handle, "Another friend gone too soon. Cinema, this thing of ours is a stressful, draining business, with our odd hours & carb-heavy food we should really take more care of ourselves. RIP Milan (sic)."

It is to be noted that actor Marimuthu, who passed away recently, had also said that he worked round the clock, without taking care of himself.

Condolences pour in from the film fraternity
Actor Prem Kumar, who worked with Milan in Thunivu, called him a calm person and wrote," Omg shocking Art director #Milan sir no more . Very calm person I knew him in #Thunivu . Too soon to go... my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends it happened in #Azerbaijan #VidaaaMuyarchi #ripmilan (sic)."

Jayam Ravi wrote on his social media handle, "Shocked to hear about the passing away of Art Director #Milan. My heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time (sic)."

Lalgudi N Ilaiyaraja, was also heartbroken to hear the news. He wrote, "Heard Art director Milan is no more.passed way at Azarbhaijan Heart Attack rest in peace na (sic)."

Milan and the Ajith connection

Milan is said to be the favourite art director of Ajith and the duo had teamed up for a number of films, including Aegan, Billa, Veeram, Vedalam, Vivegam and Thunivu to name a few. Milan, too, had often shared his admiration for the actor.
