In the first week of December 2023, there'll be a wide variety of exciting new films and series available on the leading platforms. From the inspiring story of Muthiah Muralidaran's cricket journey in 800 to the intimate examination of love and creativity in the American Symphony, this month's lineup spans genres and narratives. Several interesting titles are releasing, namely Dhootha and Shehar Lakhot, on Prime Video, while Virgin River Season 5 Part 2 is on Netflix.

Meanwhile, Chithha, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, and Martin Luther King will be on Disney+ Hotstar, while Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue and The Equalizer 3 will be out on Netflix after their theatrical runs.

The story of a rule-breaker who became one of cricket's best players is based on the life of Muthiah Muralidaran, the champion who broke the record for taking 800 wickets in Test cricket. Muralidaran was an oppressed Tamil who championed Sri Lankan cricket.

Dhootha - December 1 (Prime Video)

As Sagar, a journalist, discovers the sinister truth behind newspapers' ability to foretell disasters, his life becomes increasingly exciting. A murder suspect, he must race against the clock to clear his name and uncover the mystery while dodging perilous turns. This roller coaster ride is building in intensity.

Family Switch - November 29 (Netflix)

As their children get older and more distant, Jess and Bill Walker are doing everything they can to keep the family close. Love Like a K-Drama - November 28 (Netflix)

How will the relationships between actors and actresses evolve as they practice, audition, and perform scenes from Korean dramas? This cross-border reality dating show brings to life the sheer heart-pounding romanticism of Korean dramas, airing in both Korea and Japan. Onmyoji - November 28 (Netflix)

In order to learn more about the demons that plague prosperous old Kyoto, court musician Minamoto Hiromasa, grandson of Emperor Daigo, travels to the home of the official onmyoji, the yin-yang diviners. There, he meets the legendary Onmyoji Abe Seimei, a man with an otherworldly aura who is uniquely qualified to unravel these mysteries. Seimei's lack of interest in the outside world and his unwillingness to assist Hiromasa frustrate him, but they eventually work together to look into the causes of the incidents. They eventually find Onmyoji Ashiya Doman, who lurks in the shadows of the demons. Virgin River Season 5 Part 2 - November 30 (Netflix)
