Don first look: Sivakarthikeyan is a happy-go-lucky college student in this fun-filled entertainer

It was announced on Tuesday that the first look of Sivakarthikeyan's Don, which has debutant Cibi Chakaravarthi at the helm, will be released at 5pm on Wednesday. The actor had also surprised his fans by posting a still from the dubbing studio to let them know that he has completed dubbing for the movie. Cibi, Siva and musician Anirudh shared the first look of the project from their respective social media handles. 

The vibrant poster has a smiling Siva, sporting goggles, dressed in a stylish red jacket and white casual attire, welcoming someone with stretched arms. The background of the poster has the ambience of a college where Balasaravanan, RJ Vijay and singer Sivaangi are seen staging a protest. Interestingly, Siva, too, will be essaying the role of a student in the film.   

MK Bhaskaran has cranked the camera for the movie which has editing by Nagooran, stunt choreography by Vicky and dance choreography by Brindha, Shoby and Sandy. Samuthirakani, SJ Suryah, Munishkanth, Soori and Kaali Venkat among others will be seen in crucial roles in the project which has Priyanka Arul Mohan playing the female lead. 

It is heard that the makers of Don, which is bankrolled by Sivakarthikeyan Productions, along with Lyca Productions, are eyeing a theatrical release in the last week of January. The movie brings together Sivakarthikeyan, Anirudh and Priyanka after Doctor (streaming on Netflix and Sun NXT) which had hit the screens a month ago.

With most of the actors in the film having completed their dubbing, movie lovers are now eagerly waiting for the team to announce the release date officially. It has to be seen if Don will also join January which already has a few biggies lined up for release.
