Election over, Dev is back to work

Dev has been busy for the last month with the campaign for the coming election. The actor’s Ghatal constituency's election took place on Saturday. Now he returned to his first love, cinema. He shared his look in the film Tekka.

Fans are elated on Sunday to see Dev's first look in the film. He dons a beard and has a crumpled dress. He has a sharp look. Previously, Dev's shooting photos were revealed on social media. But this is the first time Dev himself shared his look in the film, directed by Srijit Mukherji. Dev wrote in the caption, “We are coming in this Pujo.” A part of the industry thinks that Tekka will be a special attraction of this year's Puja market.

Dev and Rukmini Maitra have paired up in Tekka. It was known previously that a majority of the shooting was finished. Then Dev became busy with the election campaign. In an interview with Anandabazar Online, Dev said that he would finish the shooting after the election. Only one day of Dev's shooting is due. That is to take place on Monday. But it is not yet clear whether the shooting can take place, due to the cyclone Remal.

After the election, Dev came back to Kolkata. He does not like leaving work undone. Hence he wants to finish Tekka's shooting. Dev also did the first part of Khadaan's shooting. Reports say that Dev will plan the next schedule after June 4, the results of the election.
