As promised, Elvish Yadav did come for a vlog some time back on March 24. He came vlogging with his mother, Sushma Yadav. The two were seen talking about the reactions after Elvish received bail in the Snake Venom case. The YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was in judicial custody in Noida for a week. His initial term is of 14 days.

Elvish and his mother on the reactions

While Elvish had already noticed the reactions of his fans after he got bail, his mother pointed out that his family members were stressed too. They both thanked everyone who supported them. Elvish spoke about how his fans kept bhandara for the needy. “Bahut pyaare ho tum sab log,” Elvish said after noticing the gestures by his fans. He then thanked everyone for standing by his side through it all. Elvish asked his mother to sing to change the topic but shy enough, she did not do so and continued thanking the fans. “Dua mein bahut dam hai,” she mentioned, only to get teased by Elvish that she did not pray for him.

Elvish out on bail

Elvish got bail in the Snake Venom case on March 22. He was out and back to his home in Gurugram on March 23. That is when he had promised to start vlogging again from the next day. It is the first thing that Elvish did on March 24, the day of Holi.

Elvish in Snake Venom case

Elvish’s name was first linked to the Snake Venom case when a suspect was interrogated for smuggling snake venom at a party in Noida. On March 17, Elvish was presented in Surajpur, Greater Noida’s court and got 14 days of judicial custody. He was arrested under Wild Life Protection Act 1972 and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The NDPS act was later waived off citing clerical mistake and a day after that happened, Elvish got bail. His plea hearing was postponed owing to lawyer’s strike and on March 22, Elvish’s lawyer confirmed that the YouTuber has got bail after paying a fine of Rs. 50,000 for the two cases he was charged under.
