It was announced earlier that none other than Prabhu Deva will choreograph a crucial song in Godfather which brings together Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan for the first time on screen. Mohan Raja is directing the movie which is the remake of super hit Mollywood flick Lucifer.

Earlier today, Chiru took to his Twitter page to share the excitement over the song which is expected to be one of the highlights of the much-awaited movie which is slated for a release later this year. Now, Mohan Raja shared a BTS picture from the song sets.

The excited filmmaker has shared a picture of him posing for a photo with Prabhu Deva. Godfather marks their first collaboration. Interestingly, today marks the 16th anniversary of his movie Unakkum Enakkum which is the Tamil remake of Telugu movie Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana which had Prabhu at its helm.

Movie buffs were excited to see both of them together in a photo. Raja shared the picture with the caption, "Today is more special First time working with the legend and director of #Nuvvosthanantenenodhantana @PDdancing on the day of #16yearsofunakkumenakkum. On the sets of #Godfather (sic)."

Godfather marks Mohan's return to Tollywood after a two decade-hiatus. His debut film Hanuman Junction (remake of Malayalam movie Thenkasipattanam) was made in Telugu. The director, who shot to fame with back-to-back remakes, last directed Velaikkaran in Tamil. The Chiranjeevi-starrer is his first remake after 2011; Vijay-starrer Velayudham was his previous remake.

Prabhu Deva, on the other hand, is gearing up for the release of two of his movies - Poikkal Kuthirai on August 5 and Bagheera on August 11. The veteran actor-filmmaker-choreographer currently has almost half-a-dozen movies in his kitty.
