Despite being a part of one of the most powerful and well known royal families in the world, the lives of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have definitely been no cakewalk. The couple had found themselves on the receiving end of incessant media scrutiny, which became worse after news started to come out that the Royal family were less than pleased with the couple. The trials and tribulations the royal couple faced during the course of their marriage has been detailed in the upcoming Netflix documentary, Harry & Meghan.
The makers recently unveiled the trailer of the upcoming documentary series. We see how quick the media was to turn on Meghan, who they had called a ‘Royal rock star’ at one point. Harry, Meghan and insiders reveal the twisted truth of instances of leaking and even planting stories about the couple, and how pain and suffering become a constant for women marrying into the situation. At one point Harry even calls it a ‘dirty game’ and goes on to say “I did not want history to repeat itself”, referring to the tragic tale of his own mother, Princess Diana.
