Keeping the World Test Championship (WTC) points table in mind, India will be facing Bangladesh in the Test series. The game will begin on the back of a 2-1 ODI series loss.
Regular captain Rohit Sharma is out of the Chattogram Test with a finger injury and KL Rahul will be leading the side.
While India is yet to lose a Test to Bangladesh, the Men in Blue will need to win in both matches to keep hopes of entering the World Test Championship Final alive.

Kuldeep Yadav was on attack mode but it was a narrow escape for Nurul! Had this been given out by the on-field umpire, the decision would have stayed.
Fortunately for him, umpire Michael Gough was not convinced. Ball tracking showed it to be clipping leg stump.
However, more drama continued. The Men in Blue want to check if there was a catch and the replay showed the ball, after lobbing up off the pad, was close to the bat and there seemed to be a murmur on UltraEdge at that point.
