Is Kartik Aaryan's Captain India, helmed by Hansal Mehta, pushed indefinitely?

Hansal Mehta had declared that he would soon begin directing a movie titled Captain India, starring Kartik Aaryan. Months after the announcement, however, the initiative has made almost no progress. In fact, according to industry rumours, the manufacturers have now completely switched their attention away from the project. As if that weren't enough, a rumour has it that the movie was nearly cancelled since Kartik and Hansal were both booked up and had no dates for their combined project.

A trusted insider in the industry told Bollywood Hungama that Kartik and Hansal had announced the film and planned to work together. But because of problems that keep coming up, it looks like the movie will never be made.

As the source talks about the delays, they say that Kartik Aaryan had a great 2022 thanks to the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Freddy hitting the mark. He is now one of the most in-demand actors in the business. The actor already has Satyaprem Ki Katha and Shehzada on his plate, so it is unlikely that he will have time for anything else any time soon. Modern Love: Mumbai, Scam 2023, and a few more projects Hansal is working on keep him too busy. Since both the director and the actor are busy, the collaboration has been put on hold for the most part.

The insider says nothing about the movie being shelved, but he added that since Kartik and Hansal are still interested in acting in the movie, it is impossible to say that it has been put on hold. When they both have dates and time, they will begin. But until then, the movie will be put on hold.

In agreement with this idea, a person close to the couple claimed that the movie is still going strong. Simply put, neither has been able to devote the necessary time to the project.
