Based on the life of India’s war hero, Captain Balram Singh Mehta–Pippa narrates the coming-of-age tale of bravery and determination during the 1971 Battle of Garibpur. Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, the film is an adaptation of Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta's war memoir, 'The Burning Chaffees.' Alongside Khatter, Mrunal Thakur and Priyanshu Painyuli also appeared in lead roles.
Sharing a behind-the-scenes video of the Pippa shoot, Khattar posted a short video of him driving a tank during the military boot camp.
Pippa was released on the OTT platform, Amazon Prime on November 10.
