Get ready to welcome the devil this weekend! The final instalment of the much-anticipated series, Lucifer, is dropping on May 28 on Netflix. Tom Ellis has charmingly portrayed the fallen angel and it’s no wonder that the British actor has got such a massive fanbase already.

At the end of season 4, Lucifer leaves for hell after revealing his true identity to Chloe. However, at the beginning of season 5, he comes back only to find his twin brother Michael living in his house. Another cliff-hanger was when God himself came down to Earth to take the matter into his own hands.

So, what does season 5 part 2 have in store for the audience? Here are five reasons to watch Lucifer’s final instalment this Friday:

1. The family reunion

After God’s arrival, a family reunion beckons and this time it’s not just the three sons in attendance but also Daniel’s wife Melinda. As the trailer suggests the meet and greets followed by dinner is going to be an awkward and a hilarious affair to witness.

2. God and Chloe’s encounter

In the trailer, Chloe and God came face to face and the former did her best to put God in his place. She told him that he’s a terrible father. We are sure that the duo’s interaction will be interesting to watch with Chloe being a feisty one.

3. The great war looms large

With God planning to retire, his twin sons – Michael and Lucifer – are back on the battlefield challenging each other in order to take His place.

4. Who will Mazziken side with?

The series’ sexy demon Mazikeen aka Maze has always succeeded in surprising fans with her character. Maze shares a special bond with Chloe’s daughter Trixie. But the question is who will the unpredictable demon support? Lucifer or Michael?

5. Lucifer and Chloe’s relationship

Both the devil and the detective have confessed their love for each other in earlier seasons. In the trailer, Lucifer can be seen practising dad jokes which indicate that Chloe might be bearing his child. However, now that Lucifer is fighting to become God, the couple’s relationship is once again on the rocks.
