Makers of Mega 154 surprise fans with an update; Chiranjeevi, Ravi Teja join a lengthy schedule

Fans of Mega Star Chiranjeevi, who are waiting for the release of God Father on October 5, are equally excited for Mega 154 (tentative title), which is currently being directed by Bobby in Hyderabad. One of the biggest attractions of the movie is the presence of Ravi Teja in a pivotal character in the project.

Needless to say, movie lovers are excited to watch two of the power-packed performers on screen together after a long time. Bobby has now revealed a surprising update with regard to the film's shooting. 

The team has begun a crucial lengthy schedule, featuring all important actors, including Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja. Shruti Haasan, who is playing the female lead in the movie, is also expected to join the team. This is the actress' first project with Chiranjeevi; she has shared screen presence along with Ravi twice earlier.  

Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar are producing mega 154 under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for a Chiranjeevi-starrer after Khaidi 150 while Arthur A Wilson is cranking the camera. Niranjan Devaramane and AS Prakash are handling editing and production designing respectively for the film.

Mega 154 has its story penned by Bobby himself while Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy have jointly written its screenplay, along with Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri. The film is slated for a theatrical release for Sankranthi festival in January 2023. 

Following Mega 154, Chiranjeevi's Bholaa Shankar will be released on April 14. Needless to say, Mega Star fans are on a roll as three films of their matinee idol will hit the screens in a span of six months.
