The 828 passengers have boarded their final trip as the second half of Season 4 of Manifest prepares for release. The series, whose protagonists' lives have been as tumultuous as they return on June 2, may be the end of the world as we know it. While fans waited in bated breath for the next episode, Netflix released the official trailer for Part 2 of Season 4. Fasten your seatbelts; you're in for a rough journey.
The trailer gets off to a slow start, with Ben Stone (Josh Dallas) once again rousing the passengers. It instantly reminds viewers of the enormous stakes at play after showing small glimpses of the Part 1 conclusion. After all, preventing the end of the world is hardly a walk in the park. Even while Saanvi (Parveen Kaur) and the others are trying to solve the Callings, they aren't doing nearly enough to prepare for what's to come. Similarly, Angelina's (Holland Taylor) dragon scar becomes increasingly noticeable as Cal's (Ty Doran) scar begins to glow in a way that is eerily similar. When it comes to her belief that she is the one who will bring about the end of the world, Angelina hasn't lost any of her zeal over the years.
The trailer's second half focuses more on the characters and how they interact with one another. Ben's continued address isn't ominous in the least, as he encourages everyone to spend time with their families. As he speaks, a montage of important scenes from the story plays out on screen. In spite of the frantic pace, it appears that everyone will continue to rely on one another and lend a hand when needed in the effort to save humanity.
After using the Omega Sapphire, Angelina brought the season to a flaming close, opening up vast volcanic fissures in the ground. The fear of the 828ers is at an all-time high as Part 2 picks up in the aftermath. So, he and Saanvi try to work with the 828 registers as Ben and the others try to stop Angelina. Zeke's passing devastated Michaela (Melissa Roxburgh), but she and Jared (J.R. Ramirez) continue with the Callings. And Cal, with the most substantial ties to the Callings and Angelina, may be the last glimmer of hope in the fight against the Death Date. In addition, series creator Jeff Rake has hinted that the final episode will be the most monumental of the entire run.
