Mithun Chakraborty gets candid about his heartbreak, talks about his ex

Mithun Chakraborty once had a heartbreak. In a candid confession, the actor said that his girlfriend left him. He recently revealed that in a reality show.

Mithun had a long history of struggle to get established in the industry. He said he had a heartbreak during his struggling period. A candidate in the reality show was heartbroken. Mithun, in that context, said, “I also had the same experience. I fell in love. I was madly in love, and then the girl left me. Then times changed. I became a star. Then I became a bigger star.”

Mithun further said, “One day I was taking a flight. That girl was also on the same flight. But she was not looking at my eyes. I got up and went to her. I asked her ‘Why are you not looking at me?’ Then she looked. I thought she had a regret. To make her easy, I told her, ‘What you have done was right’.”

Mithun said the girl became a bit calm hearing this. She said, “I think I made a mistake. I should not have done this.” Mithun replied, “I perhaps would not be such a big star had you not done this.”

After years, Mithun made a comeback to the Bengali film industry with Dev's Projapoti. The film was a blockbuster. After that, he started being a regular in Tollywood. Recently, he worked in Pathikrit Basu's Shastry. He also worked in a Raj Chakraborty film in which he plays the character of the father of Ritwick Chakraborty.
