Nayanthara, Samantha, Vijay Sethupathi's rom-com Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal wraps its shooting

Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal , one of the much-awaited summer releases this year in Kollywood, will hit the screens on April 28. The fun-filled teaser of the Vignesh Shivan directorial was released earlier and movie lovers were happy to see Nayanthara, Samantha and Vijay Sethupathi together on screen for the first time.

The crew has now wrapped up its shooting and the post-production is expected to begin soon. Samantha, who is excited about the film having completed, took to Instagram to share her feelings. She posted, "And it’s a wrap. #kaathuvaakularendukaadhal

Can’t wait for you to laugh till your tummies hurt and then just a little bit more !! APRIL 28th it is (sic)." The actress, who is acting with Vijay and Nayan for the first time, had shared a couple of stills from the location, too.

Anirudh Ravichander has composed music for the movie; three songs from the film have already been released earlier. Billed as a love triangle, the project which has been produced by Lalit Kumar under Seven Screen Studio in association with Rowdy Pictures, has its editing handled by veteran Sreekar Prasad.

SR Kathir and Vijay Karthik Kannan have handled cinematography for the movie which has stunt choreography by Dhilip Subbarayan and art direction by Shwetha Sebastian.  

A while ago, a video of the team shooting for a song with the three lead actors went viral on social media. For now, fans of all the three stars and other film lovers are eagerly awaiting the trailer release of the project.

Meanwhile, fans of Ajith are eagerly awaiting an update from AK 62, which was announced by Vignesh Shivan recently. The director will be helming the project with Ajith which is expected to go on floors later this year.
