Boney Kapoor's comment that Anil Kapoor has avoided him ever since the casting news for No Entry 2 broke made headlines. The producer has now denied the accusation, claiming that his remark was only humorous and taken out of context.
In an interview with Zoom, Boney said that the press has made an issue of his very lighthearted and not very successful attempt at humour when he said, 'Anil is angry with me.' He is shocked and surprised. Since Salman Khan and Anil are both extremely busy actors, they will not be appearing in the film that he is planning to produce. Boney opted to make the sequel with a younger generation rather than Anil and Salman.
According to him, it's completely preposterous to believe that they could be angry with him just because they aren't in the next No Entry sequel. He further shared, "The No Entry sequel may have needed them, but they don’t need the sequel." Clearly, Boney's intention behind this reply was just to be funny.
During the next two years, Anil is completely booked, but since Boney's comment has been taken seriously, he feels compelled to emphasise that he was being completely unserious when he said it. If Anil hears a twisted version of this harmless comment that has affected him, he will talk to his brother and clear up the issue. They have consistently supported each other throughout their careers in movies, and this support will remain unwavering.
Starring in No Entry 2 are Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan, and Arjun Kapoor. Reports suggest that the film will feature the three actors in dual roles. The rest of the cast remains undisclosed.
Ajay Devgn stars in Boney Kapoor's film Maidaan, set for release on April 10, while Suresh Triveni is directing Anil Kapoor's upcoming film Subedaar,' to be out on Prime Video.
