Excitement has soared to new heights after the Academy Awards, aka Oscars, announced the official nominations in 23 different categories to honor impeccable performances both in acting and technical fields. Although this year’s nominations reflect inclusion as International feature films grabbed multiple nominations, netizens and actors were disappointed after major snubs like Barbie’s Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie in Best Director and Actor category. On Tuesday, actors Zazie Beetz and Jack Quaid announced nominations for 2023 films and performances live from the Samuel Goldwyn Theater. One of the presented categories is “Best Documentary,” a total of five documentaries proudly featured and sealed their fates with the upcoming March 10 Oscar Awards.
