Celebrating their daughter Raha's first birthday, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor recently played the roles of proud parents by hosting a cozy gathering. The intimate affair included Alia's parents, Soni Razdan and Mahesh Bhatt, along with her sisters Shaheen and Pooja Bhatt. Ranbir's mother, Neetu Kapoor, also joined in the festivities. Clearly, Raha is the one who is loved the most by the Kapoor-Bhatt family. Last evening, Ranbir Kapoor shared how Raha responds during video calls.

Ranbir Kapoor and Raha's FaceTime session

During a Spotify event in Mumbai, Ranbir Kapoor was asked by the organizers how he spends time with his newborn daughter Raha. Ranbir smiled in love and said, “She is responding. She loves to lock her eyes. For saying I love you, she acts (by wrapping her arms around herself). She gives flying kisses. There is no bigger joy than this.”

“It is the most joyful thing in life. I highly recommend it to lots of people. Have lots of children. Let us increase our population,” Ranbir smilingly said.

Ranbir Kapoor gets a Raha tattoo

Amidst the whirlwind of promotions for his upcoming film Animal, Ranbir Kapoor made a notable appearance on Nandamuri Balakrishna's show, Unstoppable With NBK. A particular segment from the episode has caught fire online, featuring Ranbir proudly revealing his new tattoo. Positioned on his collarbone is the inked name of his and Alia Bhatt's daughter, Raha. In the viral video, he points to the tattoo, expressing, "Sir, I also have the name of my daughter."

This heartfelt gesture aligns with Ranbir's previous mention in an interview with Mashable India last year. When asked about the possibility of getting a tattoo, he responded optimistically, saying, "Hopefully soon. The 8 or something, I don't know. Maybe my (tattoo is) going to be children's names or I don't know." As fate would have it, it turned out to be his child's name after all.
