Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Legends: Debjit Saha and Anik Dhar bring back the early memories of the show

Sourav Ganguly’s Dadagiri ended a few weeks ago and was replaced by Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Legends. Here, many popular musicians will be presenting songs from the golden era. There are Babul Supriyo, Abhijeet Bhattacharya, Anik Dhar, Javed Ali, Debjit Saha, and many more. The show is anchored by Anirban Bhattacharya. Now, the journey of Anik and Debjit was seen on the stage.

Anik was the first winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2005. Debjit Saha won the Hindi version of the show in the same year. After winning the title, he hosted the first season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in Bengali. So, both of them have a lot of memories of the show. They will be sharing those memories in the show.

Anirban asked them about how they felt returning to this stage after so many years. Anik replied, “When Debuda ruled ZEE TV Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2005, I was young. I watched it on TV and thought of going there. Then when I came here, he was the host.”

Debjit said, “That year I won the title and hosted this show here. Anik was the winner. What a strange connection! We are singing together again. Many musician brothers were present at that time also.”

Anirban also became nostalgic. He said, “At that time, I was also a viewer of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. This proves that the show involved so many people.”

Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Legends is screened every Saturday and Sunday on Zee TV from 9.30 pm. The show will stream on Zee5 and you can watch it on OTTplay Premium.
